Born on 16 septembre 1961 in Bonabéri – Douala

Studies and career

  • The Baccalauréat série B – in Economics in 1980 in the Yaoundé Technical High School;
  • Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a specialty in the Management of Enterprises, in 1983 in the University of Yaoundé;
  • From 1983 to 1985, admitted into ENAM and was first in the graduation batch of tax inspectors; she later continued her studies in France notably in the Université Paris Dauphine where she obtained the Higher Professional Diploma (DESS) in Tax Administration with a Fairly Good grade;
  • She began her career in this sector at the Department of Taxation; from 1987 to 2003, she served successively as National Tax Inspector and Enterprises Auditor, Sub Director of Taxation Surveys, Sub-Director of Statistics and Tax Simulations, Inspector at the National Brigade of Control and Enterprises Audit and Unit Head for International Tax Relations;
  • From 2003 to 2010, she occupied the post of Chargé de Mission, later Technical Adviser in the Division of Economic Affairs at the Presidency of the Republic;
  • Head of Cameroon's delegations in the negotiation of international tax conventions;
  • She is an academic and she lectures at the National School of Administration and Magistracy and at the University of Douala;
  • Since 22 December 2015, she was promoted Secretary General of the Ministry of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, Social Economy and Handicrafts, following Presidential Decree No.2015/595;
  • Madam the Secretary General is a militant of the Cameroon People's Democratic Movement, Knight of the Order of Valour.
