Born on 12 February 1969 in Bangangté

In 1998, he graduated from the National Institute of Youth and Sports with a diploma as Senior Youth and Animation Advisor. Thirsty for knowledge, he set his sights on entrepreneurship and went ahead to study entrepreneurial science where he attended several trainings which led to several higher education diplomas including:  

– A master’s degree in entrepreneurship at the Francophonie Institute for Entrepreneurship (IFE) in Mauritius

– A D.E.S.S in business creation and management of innovative projects at the Monstesquieu University in Bordeaux IV

– A 3rd cycle university degree in International Environmental Law (major in environmental impact studies) at the University of Limoges in France

– A diploma from the International Institute of Development Law in Rome, Italy.

He joined the administration quite early and was absorbed into the very young ministry of SMEs exactly one year after its creation. He then started climbing the professional ladder and occupied the following positions:

  • Assistant research officer at the Legal Unit between 2006 and 2009
  • Head of the Litigation Unit in the Legal Affairs Department between 2009 and 2011  
  • Inspector of Services No 2 between 2011 and 2012  
  • Head of the Legal Affairs Department between 2012 and 2017
  • National coordinator of the Support Program for Agricultural and Agrifood SMEs between 2016 and 2018
  • Technical advisor to the Director General of the SME Promotion Agency and focal point of the Transfagri 2018 program at the time of his appointment
